How much are the shipping costs?

We ship our products worldwide free of charge by default. Alternatively, we offer prioritized shipping for a fee.

What is Prioritized Shipping?

Unlike standard shipping, your order will be prioritized in-house and will leave our factory first, along with the other Priority Shipping orders.

Shipments to foreign countries are assigned a tracking number through Priority Shipping, allowing them to be tracked online. End-to-end tracking is not available in all countries. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our Suport.

Priority Shipping is easily selected in the checkout process of your order.

How long are the delivery times?

Your order will be processed immediately after receipt and usually leaves our factory within 24 hours. The delivery will then be made by DHL or Deutsche Post.

The following delivery times are standard delivery times in working days. These may vary in individual cases due to unforeseen events.

For deliveries on islands and in rural or difficult to access areas as well as due to special import regulations - depending on the country of destination - longer transit times may occur. Shipments with dutiable goods content may also have longer transit times due to customs processing!

How is it shipped?

We ship CO2 neutral worldwide via DHL or Deutsche Post. That means you don't have to be at home. The shipment will be placed in the mailbox. Make sure that the name you entered in the shipping address is on the mailbox.

What can I do if I receive a damaged item?

If anything is damaged during shipping, please let us know before using. Just send an email to welcome@appskins.eu. Please attach meaningful pictures and your order number so that we can process your request quickly.

Exchange

You have chosen a different AppSkin?

We handle the exchange via a new order and a return of the "wrong" order.

Simply order the desired AppSkin and send the unused goods including invoice back to us.

Your advantage: While the new goods are sent to you, you can prepare the return shipment relaxed within 30 days. The amount will be refunded within 5 working days after receipt of the "old" delivery.

What is the procedure?

2. Note on the invoice that you would like a refund. Pack the unused goods including the invoice in an envelope.
3. Then frank the shipment with an appropriate stamp and send it back to us at the following address:

You would like to return your order to us and get a refund?

Just send the unused goods back to us within 30 days including the invoice or stating your order number.

1. pack the unused goods and enclose either the invoice or a note with your order number. Please also indicate that you would like a refund.
