Installation guarantee

If you encounter problems with application despite the video instructions and your AppSkin is no longer usable, we will gladly send you a replacement.

Please contact us directly at "welcome@appskins.eu". Part of your mail must be:

1. A description of the problem.

2. your order number.

3. photos, so that we can understand the problem. If the AppSkin is no longer on the device, please send us photos of the removed item.

Installation warranty request must be made within 30 days of receipt and can only be used once.

NOTE: Items that have already been claimed under warranty are excluded from the installation warranty!

Performance guarantee (5-year warranty)

General

Our performance guarantee on selected items with particularly high stress enables you to receive a complete replacement delivery at a significantly reduced price at any time within 5 years after the date of purchase. It can also be claimed multiple times within the 5 years.

If something is damaged during shipping, please let us know before you use it. Simply send an e-mail to "welcome@appskins.eu". Please attach meaningful pictures and your order number so that we can process your request quickly.

The procedure

1. first order your new item(s) with the same item number. You will receive a "new" order number. 2.

2. as soon as you have received the new shipment, send us a photo of the "used" item(s).

TIP: For this purpose, it is best to put or stick all "used" items on a sheet of paper and additionally note the current date, as well as the old and the new order number on the sheet.

As soon as we have received the pictures, we will transfer your credit within 5 working days.

Your advantage: Your smartphone remains protected and it is not necessary to return the "used" item(s) to us.

The guarantee conditions - Unique

§1 The warranty applies to AppSkins Unique smartphone and watch skins.

§2 The exchange will only be made against items with the same item number.

§3 A photo of the "used" AppSkin must be sent to welcome@appskins.eu within 60 days after receipt of the new order, so that an exchange can take place. (The AppSkins. including the old and new order number and the current date must be clearly visible).

§4 Only if the complete shipment with all components is shown on the photo, an exchange is possible (For 2-packs, both films on one photo including the date of the photo).

§5 The customer has to pay only the processing and shipping fee of 6.95 € per item number.

The guarantee conditions - Crystal

§1 The warranty applies to AppSkins Crystal smartphone and watch skins.

§2 The exchange will only be made against items with the same item number.

§3 A photo of the "used" AppSkin must be sent to welcome@appskins.eu within 60 days after receipt of the new order, so that an exchange can take place. (The AppSkins. incl. the old and new order number as well as the current date must be clearly visible.)

§4 Only if the complete shipment with all components is shown on the photo, an exchange is possible (For 2-packs, both foils on one photo incl. the date of the photo).

§5 The customer only has to pay the handling and shipping fee of 6,95€ per item number.

The guarantee conditions - SaphirGlass

§1 The warranty applies to all AppSkins Saphir products.

§2 The exchange takes place only against articles with the same article number.

§3 A photo of the "used" AppSkin must be sent to welcome@appskins.eu within 60 days after receipt of the new order, so that an exchange can take place. (The AppSkins. including the old and new order number and the current date must be clearly visible).

§4 Only if the complete shipment with all components is shown on the photo, an exchange is possible (For 2-packs, both glasses on one photo including the date of the photo).

§5 The customer only has to pay the handling and shipping fee of 6,95€ per item number.

§1 The warranty applies to all AppSkins Necklace products.

§2 The exchange will only be made against items with the same item number.
