Installation warranty

If you have problems with the application despite the video instructions and your AppSkin is no longer usable, we will gladly send you a replacement.

Please contact us directly at welcome@appskins.eu. Your mail should contain:

1. a description of the problem.

2. your order number.

3. photos, so we can understand the problem. If the AppSkin is no longer on the device, please send us photos of the removed item.

The request for the Installation warranty must be made within 30 days after receipt of the goods and can be used only once.

NOTE: Items for which a Warranty has already been used are excluded from Installation warranty !

Performance warranty (5-year Warranty)

The Performance warranty only applies to all Unique & Crystal skins for smartphones & watches as well as SaphirGlass.

Our Performance warranty on selected items with particularly high stress allows you to receive a complete replacement delivery for a significantly reduced price at any time within 5 years after the purchase date. It can be claimed as often as you like within the 5 years.

The procedure

1. first order your new item(s) with the same item number. You will receive a "new" order number.

2. As soon as you have received the new shipment, send us a photo of the "used" item(s) including the old and new order number within 30 days. Only if the complete shipment with all components is shown on the photo, an exchange is possible (for 2-packs, both items on one photo including the date of the photo).

TIP: For this purpose, it is best to put or stick all "used" items on a sheet of paper and additionally note on the sheet the current date, as well as the old and the new order number.

3.As soon as we receive the email with the photo and the information, we will transfer your credit minus 6,95€ handling fee per item within 5 working days.

Your advantage: Your smartphone remains protected and it is not necessary to return the "used" item(s) to us.

The warranty services do not cause an extension of the warranty period, nor do they start a new Warranty . The warranties apply only to the original customer and is not transferable. In case of resale of the AppSkins product by the first customer, the Warranty is therefore not transferred to the purchaser, regardless of whether the purchaser is also a consumer.

§1 The Performance warranty applies only to all Unique & Crystal Skins for Smartphones & Watches as well as SaphirGlass & Necklace-Cases.

§2 The exchange takes place only against articles with the same article number.

§3 From the "used" article must, within 30 days after receipt of the new order a photo to welcome@appskins.eu be sent, so that an exchange can take place. (The article. incl. the old and new order number as well as the current date must be well recognizable).

§4 Only if the complete consignment with all components is shown on the photo, an exchange is possible (For 2-packs, both articles on one photo incl. the date of the photo).

§5 The customer only has to pay the processing and shipping fee of 6,95€ per article number.

If something is damaged during shipping, please let us know before using it. Just send an e-mail to "welcome@appskins.eu". Please attach meaningful pictures and your order number so that we can process your request quickly.

2. as soon as you have received the new shipment, send us a photo of the "used" item(s).

§5 The customer only has to pay the processing and shipping fee of 6.95 € per item number.

The guarantee conditions - Crystal

§1 The Warranty is valid for AppSkins Crystal Smartphone- and Watchskins.

§2 The exchange is only possible for articles with the same article number.

§3 A photo of the "used" AppSkin must be sent to welcome@appskins.eu within 30 days after receipt of the new order, so that an exchange can take place. (The AppSkins. incl. the old and new order number as well as the current date must be clearly visible.)
